With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mike is an experienced consultant, advisor, and leader who specializes in banks, fintechs, and residential real estate finance. As the Head of Capital Markets at Crib Equity, Mike develops and executes strategies to connect institutional investors and family offices with the $40T single-family home market, and to help more home buyers attain homes.

Mike has a proven track record of finding and negotiating term sheets for over $550MM in forward flow and funding for fintech home equity and down payment contribution products.

He also leverages his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, product development, and financial modeling to support and advise banks and fintechs on various projects and partnerships.

Mike holds several FINRA licenses for securities advisement and investment banking. He has raised over $2 Billion in capital and advised on 50 closed merger or acquisition transactions. In addition, he has been quoted in articles in reputable media outlets such as American Banker, WSJ, Crain's for Business and S&P Market Intelligence. He has also been called on as an expert by several law firms on matters of company valuation, corporate governance, stock order processing and stock trading.
